Report Packs & Report Designer

The functionality to be able to export a whole report pack rather than having to export each individual report. Creation of more in-depth reports using existing pay items within the payroll and employee records.

FULL SUMMARY OF PAY REPORT BREAKDOWN BY EMPLOYEE BASIS

Is it possible we can add a report from the Full Summary of Pay which shows a breakdown on an employee by employee basis as this would be very helpful and it is a requirement by my Manager to send to out clients.

The report highlights errors in the mismatch between titles and gender.

We currently face difficulty navigating employees with mismatches between their name titles and genders. Having a report or warning system would assist in resolving these discrepancies effectively.

Ability to schedule payslip release to Staffology HR

Whereas you can schedule payslips to be emailed, payslips linked to HR sync as soon as you click Finalise Pay - ideally you would be able to schedule these e.g. to be closer to pay day - this is particularly relevant in bonus month.
