Gender on a new employee to be automatic after adding Ms/Mrs/Miss/Mr

It saves time, if when you add a new employee where the title is Ms or Miss or Mrs to automatically select the gender as female and the same with Mr for male.

Payslip - Online / Paper flag

No ability to highlight if a payslip should be "paper" and then sent to employee. We have Online payslips and paper payslips for - there is no flag in staffology to flag this so we can only generate 1 payslip report

Ability to schedule payslip release to Staffology HR

Whereas you can schedule payslips to be emailed, payslips linked to HR sync as soon as you click Finalise Pay - ideally you would be able to schedule these e.g. to be closer to pay day - this is particularly relevant in bonus month.

Report for Employees not worked more than 3 months

A report to record employees not worked for 3 months (12 weeks) was helpful on our last payroll software. It helps purge the payroll for tax year end etc.

Pension Earnings Period should be based on the pay schedule, not the pay date

If a payroll is processed in arrears, for example pay date 1st December for pay period previous calendar month, then the earnigns period for pension should be 1st to 30th Nov, not 1st -31st December. Please can this be amended?
