Whereas you can schedule payslips to be emailed, payslips linked to HR sync as soon as you click Finalise Pay - ideally you would be able to schedule these e.g. to be closer to pay day - this is particularly relevant in bonus month.
Another challenge relating to this issue - if a client requires a payment file issued from the system, the payroll has to be closed/finalised for this to be downloaded from their account. As soon as we close the payroll the payslips are sent to staffology HR so if they want a pay file, they have no option but to release payslips early? If anyone understands a work around for this, please let me know as this is causing a real headache.
This is such a fundamental basic need and it baffles me that it is only a future consideration! This really needs to be worked on asap - many clients will have finalised their payroll far in advance of pay day but do not want their payslips released that early in the month.
