Roles - VERY IMPORTANT Admin/Reviewer/Editor not sufficient for bureau

As a bureau separate roles are needed but the ones available are either too broad or too restrictive. There needs to be a role that enables processing but has less control than an admin user.

Add more functions to employees list

Please can you add an option to see more details in employee list, i.e. start date / leave date, NI number, date of birth etc. It would be good to have this as a list of options we can chose from, dependant how we would like to personalise the view.
