Since implementing Staffology, we have had increasing criticism from our Bureau Clients, regarding the payslip available from the Myepay window. All clients have asked, why the Payslip template used for generating a pdf payslip from the payroll, cannot be directly imported into the Myepay window. The payslip templates in the Myepay Window, have a terrible layout, do not display BIK values logically, does not detail EE NI YTD.
Can you please add the functionality to allow the upload of the payroll generated payslips
I agree with all the comments here MEPW looks antiquated compared to the modern PDF on Staffology. We moved from Earnie IQ and had paid Iris for a template to upload to a benefits platform. MEPW is a step back for us, and we would like to see a more modern version availbale. I understand MEPW is used across many Iris payroll platforms but we still need this to have a modern feel and clearer view.
We have the same issue too, the clients are receiving the Staffology generated pdf payslips but then once they are published to MEPW the payslip are in a completely different formant and not easy to read. We have also had an issue with previous employment year to date figures not shown on the MEPW payslips but shown on the Staffology pdf payslips. After raising this with Staffology we were told that MEPW payslips would not show the previous employment figures which can be very misleading.
We have the same issue. We need the Staffology payslip layout to be available in MEPW. The existing two templates in MEPW do not work properly for Staffology, which means MEPW is not usable. We were promised MEPW when moving to Staffology. We don't consider this is some future enhancement, we believe this is a basic problem that needs fixing.
