Pension scheme once used should not allow to delete from software

This is not a good idea. I had a client who migrated one of its payrolls into another payroll and implementation team re-created all pension schemes from the old payroll into the new one, even though not all of them were to be used in the new payroll. Removing the option to delete pension schemes could leave you with pension schemes that you do not use but cant be removed.
