We would like the ability to have 'Units' as Multiplier, not just 'Hours' or 'Days' as we use the same pay components for all staff - some which are daily contracted and others hourly.

I have several clients who have the need to a multiple of quantity for a pay code, adding this allows for piece work to be accurately payrolled i.e. i picked 12 buckets (quantity) at x rate = x pay.
