Some of our clients pay mileage and would like the amount of miles shown on the payslip. Currently we have set up a pay code which says mileage and the rate per mile but the multiplier will only allow you to show Days or Hours and we would like there to be an option for miles so that the employee can see 900 mils @ 0.45 rather than it showing Mileage 900 days @ 0.45
Set the employee's vehicle type to 'car' (Employee record -> Pay Options -> Other), and you'll get an option to add mileage in the pay run.
