Ability to import Payslip Notes/Messages

Currently we are having to manually add in payslip notes/messages for employees individually, which takes some time. On our old payroll software we could import this easily, would be helpful for this to be implemented on Staffology.

Add a note to all payslips in a run

Currently, adding / editing a note is limited to one payslip at a time within the payrun, an option to globally add a note to all payslips within the run would be very beneficial.
