When new starters are sent to payroll using our API, they do not have the field ticked to have their payslips password protected automatically (we are working on implementing this in our API).
In the interim, we therefore need to manually apply this to new starters. However, this cannot be done via import and makes the task much less eficicient.
Hey Georgie - Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have raised a ticket which will allow you to export and import this information so you're not having to do this manually, hopefully this should speed up the process until your API can include this information. Once the fix is live, I will let you know!
