Import permanent additions and deductions!

Please can we import permanent additions and deductions. Currently these have to be done manually which on large payrolls is very time consuming. For example, I could have 300 employees car allowance values changing in one month - this will take forever to do manually! I know it can be imported into the payrun but I want them to reoccur. Thanks!
