Ability to import into payslip notes

Sometimes, clients like to display additional information on a payslip, therefore, we have the ability to add a payslip note. This is fine if there are one or two employees who need a note. If a client needs to add a varying note to all employees, this is timeconsuming.

On the payroll import file, add the ability to be able to import payslip notes for a singular period.

    Message to all staff on payslips

    We would like to be able to add a message to all staff at the bottom of all payslips for things like minimum wage increase dates or company notices etc.

    Ability to import Payslip Notes/Messages

    Currently we are having to manually add in payslip notes/messages for employees individually, which takes some time. On our old payroll software we could import this easily, would be helpful for this to be implemented on Staffology.

    Notes on all payslips

    It would be helpful to be able to add a note to all employee payslips, and in addition to this to be able to have the option of a default note that displayed every time rather than needing to add it to each pay run, for each employee.
