Pension Provider Aegon Smart Template

As Aegon are one of the largest pension schemes we would and sure other companies would like the ability to export to Aegon Pension Contribution using the Aegon Smart Enrol Export without having to export and manually alter the csv to import into Aegon portal this adds around a days work each payroll

I have attached the template needed for this from Aegon for reference this should not be complicated and easy to add
