During the parallel stage in payroll implementation, we encounter challenges in reconciling amounts, particularly regarding PAYE, National Insurance, and Pension contributions. Currently, we are resorting to manual overrides to align these figures with client’s pay slips.
While this approach suffices for smaller client bases, it becomes progressively more labor-intensive and time-consuming for larger clients.
Considering the magnitude of manual adjustments and the significant time investment necessary for each client, we are of the opinion that introducing an import feature capable of appending to existing amounts would greatly enhance the efficiency of our parallel stage in payroll implementation.
I kindly request your support in exploring the feasibility of incorporating Import functionality into the system for PAYE, National Insurance & Pension.
Has there been any update on this one? We urgently require this availability for parallel stage and on-going for all payrolls
This is not the only issue you will see, job Titles in employee records is another field which can only be imported during configuration/ set up. Once the initial import is completed, job Titles are manual entry only - so I hope you never restructure because it will be another manual input.
