Custom templates for use across multiple employers

It would be very helpful for accountants/payroll providers to use the same custom template for all clients. I.e. you update the template at a central point and this pushes the template to all employer records. (as opposed to duplicating the custom template manually for each employee)

    Hi.
    Thanks for your idea. Could we please ask for a little more detail on the requirement or how you would see this working - perhaps an example of what you would include in a template that could be re-used? That will help us understand the scope of this.

      Hi Dylan

      Every time I set up a new Employer there are default templates which are used for sending out various payroll documents to clients.

      I have set up and automated process whereby 1 email is sent to the employer at the end of a pay period containing various payroll documents and instructions/explanations are included in the email template.

      For every new employer I need to modify the existing template which is time consuming.

      I want to be able to update a template at top level, which can then be selected and used for new employers. This will also mean that if I need to modify the template I only do it once at top level, rather than having to modify the same template for every employer.
