I would like to see the Advance tax option, for holiday pay, as previously used/featured with iris paymaster
When our employees go on holiday/take time off, they ask for advancement of holiday pay as one lump sum, which we have always facilitated, however the new staffology payroll does not include or allow for this.
i have had issues as employees then are taking the leave with quite a loss of pay, of which they expected to receive prior to holidays
I am aware that this corrects the weeks following with a tax rebate or reduction, but this i feel is not sufficient, we would prefer the pay to be upfront and inclusive of this tax reduction
