In this case, you have your payroll automation set to 'Enable Auto Open' (under Company Name>Settings>Payrun Automation) this means that as soon as you finalise your last pay period the next one will open automatically. I can see that you finalised your month 6 pay run on 23rd Sep '21 at 18:56. As this was finalised then your M7 pay run was auto opened on this date 23/09/2021. Meaning that as the tax code was issued on 27/09/2021 Staffology won't apply this until the following period in October.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have interpreted that as a request to allow application of downloaded tax code updates in an open pay run and will pass that on for review. If I have misinterpreted the request please let me know.
