It's baffling how this can be placed in the Ideas Portal rather than a bug tracker.
Apprenticeship Levy entries don't appear in either the exported journal or the payroll summary tab - this means that these reports are just plain wrong.
10/06/2024 - Apparently this was "Shipped" but seems to be refuted by the help desk team as an error now that it does not appear in the basic journal. Help desk keep saying it is a future consideration and to add it to the ideas portal - very frustrating for something that should already be in the software.
Anyone care to enlighten me as to whether this idea did reach the live environment i.e. was shipped? Just for my sanity, thank you.
At present the Apprentice Levy is not included on the Pay Run Journal but it is required when reconciling the figures for payroll and needs to be manually adjusted. It would be very useful if it could be incorporated Thank You
