Apprenticeship Levy Merged

We are still missing this from the Payroll Journal. Also, we really need the levy to be included on payrun reports for Fund Requests - we shouldn't have to finalise the payroll only to get the figure then. Lots of clients are now asking for this, clients are effectively signing off HMRC payments that are not correct until after payroll has been finalised. If Payrite can give the Levy before update/finalising, why can't EP?
