Add SVB Payment Option

Hi,

We at Vorboss are planning to migrate our bank payments to Silicon Valley Bank (https://www.svb.com/uk).

I'd like to understand the feasibility of adding their CSV format as an official option for us to use, or a native, reliable alternative configuration we can do at Staffology to integrate with them.
