Bank Payments Format for C Hoare & Co

It would be really useful to be able to have a Bank payments format for C Hoare & Co bank as currently nothing compatible within Staffology that we can use to upload payments. It would need to be in CSV format as follows:

Sort Code Recipient Name Account No. Amount Description
