We were advised that there would be a template that would work for faster payment uploads but there is not. Would really appreciate a correct version being created.
It looks like the standard CSV is closest but needs the first 2 columns deleting and the last column moving into column 4. Template attached.
Faster payment template for Virgin still required.
Virgin BACS template now available but not suitable for faster payments!
Ours also has a transaction code in column G - not sure if this is important
