Information within the Help Centre on the Third Party Native API's

Currently stuck between a rock and a hard place as a bureau trying to explain to our clients how the native API integrations work as there is no information within the help centre and everywhere you turn there is no help.


The answer from Staffology support is "It is not a product we support so we do not have this information it will come from [the third-party], they are the only ones who can give this information unfortunately. From a Staffology point of view we don't hold any of that information as we just deal with the connection not what information is being pushed."


The answer from the third party (which is understandable as technically we are a competitor) is sorry, we can only speak to our customers.


Some basic information would be great as currently we have to tell our clients "please choose us as your payroll provider, the software we use has third party integrations you can make use of but we can't tell you how it works or help you with it as it appears to be top secret information only held by the people either side of us and neither of them will share it with us in the middle"
