HI, we use 3rd aprty software (P11D Organiser) at present but are encouraging clients to move to the Staffology platform. We have an issue with the reports which appear to be available, as they lack detail. The P11D system produces consolidate XL spreadsheets for Employers, detailing all benefits processed by employee, provides details of tax due and importantly breaksdown the ER Class1A NIC cost by benefit, in total by Employee and a grand total due to HMRC for the Employer. Staffology does not appear to report in this detail and it does not generate the BACs file for payment of CLAss1A ER NIC. Could this please be developed, ahead of mandatory Payrolling of Benefits, as other systems are ahead of Staffology with this functionality.
Totally agree with this. The reporting available from Staffology is BASIC to say the least. The P11D functionality lacks detailed guides regarding processing, handling data corrections post year end and lacks detailed reporting. The reports available are limited and lack detail or even relevant data Employee P11 report, does not detail any benefit figures by benefit type or the Class 1A NIC due per benefit/ employee. The lack of detail and variety is highlighted when comparing to our 3rd party system, which would produce CSV/ Xl reports by benefit, detailing the benefit values, cash equivalent and class1A NIC, there were also consolidated reports of all benefits, the ER P11D(B) gives a payment total but when checked, this did not reconcile back to the individual reports Benefits, Cars, Loans - which do not include the Class1A NIC by benefit type. For the P11D functionality to be a leader, the reports, guides and support need serious attention and quickly, the functionality of the P11D is very poor in comparison to the payroll system.
P11d Loans - it is not possible to add multiple items to the P11d calculator to show new loans and loan repayments during the year to accurately calculate the P11d benfit on the system. this portal needs significant improvements
