The pension file that Staffology lets you download is currently missing a number if information for us to send the file to People's Partnership. Bearing in mind that IRIS Paye Master downloaded this CSV File and it had everything it needed. The file Staffology produces needs to include the following information:
ROW 1 Needs to have:
H in cell A1
Account number in B1
Date range the pension file is referring to in C1-D1
FL in cell E1
T in the last cell when the data finishes so that their system knows where to stop reading.
Value of contributions in the cell next to 'T'.
COLUMN A needs to have the record type. In the case of People's Pension it should be the letter D in there.
There is no column for the AE Status.
There is no column for the AE Date.
There is no column for the Scheme Join Date.
There is no column for the Opt In Date.
There is no column for the Missing/Partial Pension Code.
I am having to add this information from previous pension files and I am having to run other reports to get other information just so that I can copy it all in to submit our pension file.
Please can this be looked into. The above information is mandatory for the pension file.
I have attached an example of our last correct pension file (AUG23) and then the new file that Staffology is producing for comparison. I have highlighted yellow in the AUG23 file what does not appear in the new file.
