It would be useful to have an arrow to navigate to the next or previous employee. Instead of exiting and clicking on the next employee, which you may have to scroll down to. Would also be useful in the employees records too.

Currently there is a department column which is populated with department code. However there is a need for an additional column for Department Name which will help in easy recognition and mapping as names are usually used in financial reporting.
Is it possible to have a "next button" when opening an employee profile to go to the next one employee easily instead of closing and going back to the employee list?
The functionality to be able to export a whole report pack rather than having to export each individual report. Creation of more in-depth reports using existing pay items within the payroll and employee records.
