Standard BACS 18 report - URGENT

Market standard format BACS 18 is required for a new payroll and without this we will loose this and future work. There is HSBC BACS (Standard 18) but this file creates errors.

Automated EPS issues

When automated, the EPS doesn't show on the automated settings within the finalisation window. It would be helpful when checking at finalisation if this was updated, it would appear this relatively new feature was added in a hurry!

Set up Cycle to Work scheme repayments as an option within payroll
