NET PAY OPTION

Net pay figures should be an option as many employers would like to pay a set amount to skilled workers per pay period without having to make any deductions that compromise the pay amount. Lots of other software have this facility already.

Journal with employee split

Leavers to have departments on reports

It seems that the departments for leavers drop off the reports once we have entered a leave date for them. Can we leave the departments on the reports as they still need to be costed to the correct departments from an accounting perspective?

CIS verification

The ability to re-verify a subcontractor. This is essential, subcontractors regularly apply for Gross Status or provide incorrect information on their initial verification. I don't understand why more users have not already asked for this.

before payslips are re-send - when the payroll is finialised

there should be additional pop up window - to ask "are you sure you want to send / re-send the payslip to all employees? "
