I had the issue of two pension letters being issued for the same person saying the opposite. One letter states postponement and the other enrolment. To avoid this issue, I suggest that the pension letters are only triggered once the payroll has been closed.

Thanks for letting us know. This feels more like a defect rather than an enhancement request - I will update our Support team and raise it as functionality to update.
