Hi, pleased to let everyone know that this feature is shipped now and available to use. When you finalise a payroll you can now schedule payslips to be released immediately or at a set time in the future.
There is validation so that you cannot release payslips any later than the pay date.
Pleased to let you know one of our engineers is currently working hard on this and we expect to release this feature in November.
We're building an option on pay run finalisation for payslip release so it can be either immediate or scheduled. The scheduled option will allow you to then set a date/time for the payslips to be emailed.
This so needs to happen!! Please, please, pretty PLEASE!!
It would be ideal to be able to finalise a payroll, submit the FPS and schedule the payslips to be sent at a certain time. Personally it would save me having to manually set a reminder to log back into the system on the pay date to send the payslips then.
