Pension csv file for NEST is rejected

When trying to upload a csv file to NEST pension it rejects the file.

It says you have entered a T as the record identifier for the trailer record in the file ?? What is this

The earnings period start date isnt valid. Please check you have entered a valid calendar date in the format YYY-MM-DD and try again.
