Can you include a timer to indicate that you are about to disconnect a user as it keeps happening in the middle of a payrun which disrupts the process. Thank you
This is tagged as 'shipped' but it still appears to be an issue. I am being disconnected/frozen out every hour while actively working, with no warning or timer. I'm not sure of the purpose of this, as I am not always even required to re-log in!
It seems to time out even when you are actively processing the payroll, I would think that it should only time you out for periods of inactivity. I agree with the OP, it is very frustrating when Staffology decides to log you out when your in the middle of processing a payroll.
I am all for security but being in and out of Staffology all day, it gets very very annoying having to, not only log in again, but also find the code on my phone. Must have done it about 30 times today alone. At least have a 7 days tick box like H...
