I am all for security but being in and out of Staffology all day, it gets very very annoying having to, not only log in again, but also find the code on my phone. Must have done it about 30 times today alone. At least have a 7 days tick box like HMRC do.
Please change it!
Hey Jayne - we are working hard behind the scenes to stop any 401 errors which requires you to login using the authenticator which should make the process easier for you. I will keep this ticket updated with our progress.
Agree completely with above post. Really irritating having to authenticate so often.
