To be made aware if support are aware of any issues in the system currently, so we can find workarounds leading up to processing payroll, rather than finding out on the day that something cannot be done, and are limited to time.
Having reviewed the release of this idea, it looks like a page has been set up to document known issues. The problem still remains that you are expecting people to log in to this daily and review if there are any. What we requested on the linked issue https://staffologyatiris.ideas.aha.io/ideas/STAF-I-520 was proactive communication reaching out to users informing theming them of problems. it doesn't feel like this solution fully solves the issue raised.
Hey Jade - Thanks for your note. We will soon be introducing 'Known issues' within our help centre with ETAs. Once I have a date this is available, I will update this idea.
