Currently Staffology have separate pages in P32 for each tax period and no totals YTD.
It will be helpful if there is a P32 Summary Report with running totals at the end.
For example like the P32 report in IRIS/STAR Payroll Professional Suites. Or something similar to yellow pages report.
The report should have one row for each tax period with all the PAYE elements and monthly amount due at the end column.
At the end of report there should be a row for to-date total for the whole tax year so far.
It will be ideal to have a brought forward row at the top of the summary to show the mid year totals in case of payroll migration from another payroll provider.
This report will be helpful in reconciliation during the tax year and at the end of tax year. Also most accounts departments use such report for budgeting and banking checks.

Pleased to let you know the opening balance YTDs of employees will now be displayed on the P32 report.
Hey - Just a quick update from me, we are releasing the first part of this work on Tuesday. You will now be able to download the P32 in CSV. We are hoping to add employers opening balances to this report very soon!
Hey Ibrahim - Great news, we are planning on working on this within our Q1 roadmap. When I have an estimated arrival date, I will update this idea.
Hi Izzy, Thanks for suggesting P30 csv export. I have tested it but it doesn't have the brought forward YTD row on the top for any mid-year migrated payrolls. Also there is no Total row at the end. A P32 summary with these additional rows will be more helpful.
Hey Ibrahim - Thank you for the suggestion, I will raise it with the team. In the meantime, if you view the P30 report in CSV it should have a breakdown per month on each row. Once I have feedback from the team, I will let you know!
