Advance tax weeks or put an employee on hold

On paye-master you were able to pay an employee their basic pay, holiday pay and advance tax weeks for the weeks they are off and then on the next pay run they would show as being on holiday and excluded from the pay run. It would also be useful if you were able to put an employee on hold for a particular pay run, also a feature of paye-master.
