Payslips - bulk upload/Multiperiod to myePayWindow/Payslip portal
It would be great to have a bulk payslip upload functionality to payslip portal. It's time consuming and backward having to send one by one per employee.Thank you!
Would it be possible to add a global changes option to make changes to a number of employees all at once i.e. depts, pensions, add default pay codes, change pay schedule, change working patterns etc, sending pension letters - Many thanks
We would like to be able to import opening balances for holiday accrual as currently i believe this can only be done manually per employee as is very time consuming?
We produce P11D's from a 3rd party software and our previous system allowed the PDF documents to be imported in bulk to an employee epay window. We would like to be able to complete this in Staffology, but at present this is not possible. The MEPW...
It would be handy to see total number of hours on payslips as currently it is not implamant it and hours for Bank holiday/Overtime/Holiday are listed seperately.
Hide send payslips by email checkbox if employee portal connector setup
If a client is setup to use an employee portal to distribute payslips, can we hide the 'send payslip by email' checkbox against employee records. Maybe have a bureau setting to control this.
It would be useful to see all documents & communications sent to an employee in their card (with attachements) and the ability to resend, reupload to MEPW etc. If this could then be filtered by type - payslip, pension, P45 etc.
