Be able to push amendments to Employee Records to Myepaywindow
It would be useful to be able to push corrections to an employee record to myepaywindow instead of having to wait until you send payslips eg Address changes and spelling mistakes.
Recorded holiday to exclude bank holidays in calculation of remaining leave
Required to ensure employee holiday remaining is correct when booked holiday runs across bank holidays. At the moment treats the bank holiday as another day off giving incorrect remaining holiday
Clearer presentation of employee/employer pension contributions and show percentages
Payslips in Staffology show clearly pension contributions as well as employee and employer percentages. When these are exported to MyEpayWindow, it loses that simplicity, and doesn't show percentages - find a way to include those on MEPW.
When a leave date in inputted for an employee the system should automatically clear down the balance in the final pay or give a prompt to clear down the balances for all outstanding loans ie. any employee loans or cycle to work schemes.
