It would be helpful if the system displayed whether an employee is a leaver on HMRC Notices, similar to how it does in the pay runs. This would enable us to ensure that all notices are updated correctly for all employees.

At the moment if we re-send an email from the mail log the new sending overwrites the original so is not a true log of what has actually been sent. It only shows the most recent and not all emails that have been sent

If a processing note has been added in error, the author of that processing note should be able to delete it. Currently it cannot be edited or deleted once added.

Deductions can be added over X period of weeks/months, however what if a worker doesn't work one week? We wouldn't take them into negative, we would just push the payment out and have the payment timeframe extended by a week, or we would double up...

I have 2 companies that I use Staffology for. The main company was set up second and therefore I always have to switch to this company when I log in. Also if i log in on my phione whilst on the move I cannot switch to the second company at all

Search Employees Field (Two Character Names/Two Character Payroll Codes)
The search employee field does not function with only two characters. This means that we cannot use this function for any two character names (Wu, To, Yi etc) or any employee payroll codes less than 100.
