How do I add another user on the program?

I am the owner of the software but the software will be used by the bookkeeper & the head of the HR. I need to add them on the system.

Alternative Id

Hi, When importing an employer for the first time, there was the option to add an "alternative ID" to the import spreadsheet, which I am told is only visible to the main account holder. Please can this be updated so that it is visible to all users...

Import details like RTI credentials, Employer PAYE Reference

When importing data from Sage, it does not bring details like RTI credentials, Employer PAYE Reference, etc. We need to migrate like 50-100 companies and it will be really painful if we have to add them manually for each company
