Pro Rata Additions and Deductions for Merged

For new starters starting mid way through the month, any fixed deduction or additions need to be pro rata'd like the salary does. Alternatively if someone starts getting an addition of deduction part way through the month this also needs to be pro rata'd.

    Thanks for the suggestion - we will definitely look at implementing that idea. I'll raise it for with the board for review.
