Migration To Bring Over Costings & Nominal Accounts From Earnie - ESSENTIAL

Staffology is unfortunately not fit for our purpose as confirmed in our initial migration and training. We have no choice other than to cancel our Staffology registration, at present, and to instead continue with Earnie, which we wish to renew in September 2024 for a further 12 months, until September 2025, by which point we hope the following issue has been resolved.

The migration has failed as it has not brought across current costing information or nominal codes from Earnie. We have a considerable number of nominal splits, and none of this information has come across in the migration. We are informed the migration tool is currently not able to do this, and we estimate it would take us approximately six weeks solid while doing nothing else to key this information before a payroll could be run, and then we do not know if it will work. We are extremely disappointed this cannot go ahead, particularly as we recognised the importance and asked on a number of occasions throughout the sales process if this information would come across, and were always told it would. It is essential to our business, and we are unable to run a payroll until this is correctly in place.

To further explain the costings and nominals, we have 17 branches and many staff split across each of the depots, and then different sections within the depots, then for each of these splits there is a set of separate nominal codes, you are welcome to share our screen and look at how this is structured on Earnie to understand it better. It would be a good idea if your developers looked at Earnie to consider in more detail how the migration needs to cover this, and if the sales team also had a better understanding of the systems so they gave correct answers.

Please cancel our Staffology registration, and instead extend our Earnie licence to September 2025, then keep us up to date with further developments, so we may consider when it is appropriate to again look at the migration process.
