Memo system Merged

We need to be able to add a memo for employees as a reminder to process something in the next pay period which would prevent us submitting the payroll if not looked at. Things like reminding us to look at maternity schedules to process OMP and amend pension/ someone who is on continuous sick but is to receive full pay/ pensionable earnings that may change one month but needs changing back the following month/ To flag that a standard payment needs removing or amending, and many more. We used to use this function a lot on the old system. This idea is due to a number of complaints we are receiving due to things being missed that could be prevented with this system in place.
