Configuration Guides Merged

There are a huge number of guides and I have learnt from experience that they need to be worked through in a particular order to be able to configure/ create a payroll successfully first time. We asked at sales, demo and pre contract for ALL section guides to be numbered in order, to enable better use of the resource documents.
