When is Occupational Maternity Coming? Merged

For many months now the 'coming soon' section of the help pages has said Occupational Maternity is on the horizon. The guidance notes are all live saying that this is possible too. We have clients waiting on this feature and no idea what to interpret as 'coming soon'. Can we get an ETA or potential idea for these coming soon features please? and in particular this one.
