It is frustrating that Staffology doesn't 'talk' to the The People's Partnership regarding employees who make additional contributions to their pensions.
We have employees who make contributions from their net pay (employee 4%, employer 3%, 1% tax reclaim)
In addition, 2 employees make additional voluntary fixed sum monthly contributions from their gross salary.
The only way to account for this on Staffology is to have 2 pension accounts - one for the % and one for the salary sacrifice.
But The People's Partnership do not allow 2 uploads per month for one scheme.
They also will not allow an employee to be a member of 2 different schemes (as staffology forces me to do)
So i will have to manually enter my monthly pension contributions which seems crazy!
any update on this as I am still having to manually enter the pension contributions into The People's Partnership .....
