Currently we can't see the YTD figures for all pay elements, only for certain statutory elements like EE PAYE tax, EE NI, and total gross, total net amounts, but we cannot see the total YTD figures for all the different pay elements, like bonus, pension, allowances, and other custom or statutory pay elements.
The Employer pension and NI YTD is also not showing at the moment. So basically all pay element line should have a YTD figure on the payslip for better clarity for employees and employers (which is what they were used to getting before switching), if we're paying any amount for that particular pay element in this pay run (instead of just showing This period's amount)
Could we show all these YTD figures on the payslip, please?

Come on IRIS. This was created in 2023 - should be done by now. For all the calculations and functionality of the software, the payslip is the final output and is what the world (the employee) sees. It is the result of all the hard work at the end of each pay period and, quite frankly, its currently an awful design and should be more customisable than it is. We are used to IRIS Bureau Payroll payslips which are excellent. We get constant moans from clients about the payslips, which is not great. Especially the larger clients, because they have to deal with moaning employees!
Would be great if this could be implemented asap!
Agree, we had an employee ask about their YTD student loans to be shown on their payslip.
