Hourly 445 Schedule PRP date changes

At present we don't have any option to change the PRP dates once we start the new tax year pay runs. If possible, there should be an option to change the PRP dates for the Hourly 445 schedules on staffology.

      Would also be useful to be able to delete unused / erroneous pay schedules if not assigned to any employees.

      Just to clarify, this is in relation to the pay period dates on the pay schedules.
