s it possible for the attached Pension report to be made available within the payroll? We have a client using Royal London and this is their requirement for the pension data, which is different to the current PAPDIS file

    Hi Hayley.
    Thanks for the suggestion. We have that pension file format in our roadmap already - I will check the format you attached is what we have in the plan and if not add that as an alternative.

      We still creating manual Royal london pension file. Please update as soon as possbile, that would be helpful. thank you

      Hey - as Royal London encourages users to create a template within the portal, we would advise setting up a new template using the PAPDIS file which is available in Staffology. This has all the information that is required by Royal London.

    Please add a template for Royal London and Legal & General pension schemes, manipulating the exported csv to match their template is risky.

    Please would it be possible to create templates for Royal London and Legal and General? Our bigger clients use these providers and would save a lot of time. Thanks
