User preference option when saving employee profiles

When we used to click 'save' on an employees profile. It used to keep on the same screen but now it reverts to the main employee screen. Can there be a user preference to change this setting back?

    Completing payslips

    It would be good to be able to move onto the next employee in payroll rather than having to update each one and click in the next

    Move between employee records without having to go back to employee list

    It would be quicker if you can move through employee records without having to save each one, then search for the next one.
